Land Use Issues

One of the most important things in human daily activity is oxygen because without it we wouldn't be alive right now. trees give us oxygen and life but we're killing them slowly as we chop 7 billion trees down yearly in the united states. People are chopping down trees like there's no tomorrow to make some money killing wildlife on a day to day basis. This issue has been going on for years and even causing certain species to become endangered for example the chimpanzee. People also don't realize that deforestation causes climate change and can also cause flooding due to missing trees and the death of animals due to missing homes. people have to come to the realization of how important it is to protect our plants and animals witch bring life to our world. Another huge issue land faces to this day are fracking, fracking is when holes are drilled into the earth for gas and oil. This issue causes groundwater and surface water to be poisoned.  the emissions of the gasses released from fracking get into our atmosphere causing pollution as well. Another huge issue going on right now is plastic being littered in huge amounts on a daily basis.  plastic releases toxins into groundwater and the ecosystem. plastic basically poisons the earth and should be recycled because leaving it out on grass can cause chemicals to release causing plastic pollution due to heat. The two land issues that stuck out to me the most were deforestation and plastic pollution.  These two issues stuck out to me the most because they are the most common happening allot right now. We must come together to fix these issues finding alternatives to what we think we need such as using our technology instead of using paper, this will prevent deforestation.  we need to find an alternative from plastic also finding an alternative from gas and oil witch for example now we have tesla and not needing to use gas anymore, this is a big step towards a healthier planet but not enough just yet.

    I agree with all the information that you said and do you ever wonder like why no one is stoping it or if someone is, why they are not being more vocal about it? I was quite confused on the last sentence about teslas until I looked it up. For future reference, name 2 examples on how to fix the issue so if someone doesn't know about the one of them they can know the other. Great job by the way.

    Yes, I am agree with you. Many trees are chopped around the world because of earning money. But they do not know well about the action cause deforestation and climate change so they have to know, reduce numbers of chopping trees, and to plant trees.
    In these years, we create many kinds of electronic car but to create electricity, we have to use thermal power generation or nuclear power generation. Thermal power generation emission a lot of CO2 and If nuclear power generation explode, radioactivity spread around it. So we have to create alternative sources.
